ICA Community Portal Guide

Here’s a simple guide to the Members’ portal. Click on the menu links below.

  1. Login to the ICA Community Portal
  2. Log out of the ICA Community Portal
  3. Find the Box Office and Competitive Release Schedule
  4. Access Marketing Materials
  5. Opt into a Promotion
  6. Find Preferred Supplier Special Pricing
  7. Get help from an ICA Team member
  8. Edit Account details
  9. Edit Site details

1. Login to the ICA Community Portal

Click on the link below to access the ICA Community Portal login page. https://independentcinemas.force.com/members/s/
Important: Bookmark the page for easy access.

Enter your Username and Password. Your username is your email address, and you will have created your own password when you received the Salesforce welcome email.

If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link and you will be emailed a reset link from Salesforce.

When you login you will see this page. From here you can opt into promotions, get help from the ICA Team, and access all the resources you used to access in the Members’ Only section of the old ICA website.

2. Log out of the ICA Community Portal

Click on the icon in the top right of the header.
You will see a dropdown menu with the following:

  • Home – Go to the Homepage of the ICA Community Portal
  • My Profile – To update your Name, Mobile, Address, About Me etc click on the Edit button at the top of your Profile
  • My Account – You can view your account information here but if you require changes, please contact admin@independentcinemas.com.au
  • Logout – Click here to log out of the Community Portal
3. Find the Box Office and Competitive Release schedule

Method 1: To access the weekly Box Office and Competitive Release schedule click on the Box Office tile on the home page.

Then click on the heading, Current Box Office and Release Schedule, to expand the article. Then click on the highlighted links to access the Weekend Top 20, Latest Release Schedule etc.

The links will take you to Dropbox where you can download the document.

Method 2: Click on the Resources Index in the header menu and select Box Office from the dropdown menu.

Click on the heading, Current Box Office and Release Schedule, to expand the article. Then click on the highlighted links to access the Weekend Top 20, Latest Release Schedule etc.

The links will take you to Dropbox where you can download the document.

4. Access Marketing Materials/Resources

To access the marketing materials, you can either click on the Marketing Materials tile on the home page or click on the Resources Index in the header menu and select Marketing Resources from the dropdown menu.

This will take you to a list of marketing-related resources. Click on ICA Marketing Materials to find the resources for the latest My Cinema promotions.

5. Opt into a Promotion

Select the Promotions tile on the home page or click on Promotions in the header menu.

You will see two tabs, Active Promotions and Our Promotions.
Click on Active Promotions to view a list of ICA’s current promotions.

Click on the name of the promotion that you wish to opt into. Then you will have the opportunity to opt in for your site or sites.

Then select your account from the Select Account dropdown. Then you will be presented with a list of your sites.

Next select the sites where you want to conduct the promotion by ticking the checkboxes.

Note: If you only have one site, you must still Select Account.

To view a history of all the promotions that you have opted into select the Our Promotions tab.

6. Find Preferred Supplier special pricing

Select the Discounts & Savings tile on the home page.

You will be brought to the following screen from here simply select a Preferred Supplier to find out where to order, contact details and special member pricing for a range of goods and services.

7. Get help from an ICA team member

To get help on any issue including product sourcing, My Cinema Promotions, and distributor issues click on the Get Help tile.

You will be taken to the below screen. Simply fill in the details of your query and an ICA team member will get back to you ASAP.

Note: In the ‘Contact Name’ field select your own name.

8. Edit my Account details

Select Our Account from the Header Menu on the home page of the ICA Community Portal you will then be presented with the screen below which will have details about your account: address, ABN, employees etc.  All these items can be updated should your information change, simply click on the Pencil Icon to the right of the information you wish to edit.

9. Edit Site details

Select Our Sites from the Header Menu on the home page of the ICA Community Portal. You will then be presented with a listing of your site or sites.  From here click on the site you wish to edit and you will be presented with all the details relating to the particular site which you can then edit, simply click on the Pencil Icon to the right of the information you wish to edit.
